ADOBE ANIMATE DONT MAKE PROJECT

when i try creating a project on adobe animate it just stops responding, im using the 2022 version how can i fix it?

install the current version.

i did that too but still doesnt work, im trying using a old for seeing if it's because the newer is to heavy
