Adobe animate file is blank

Question

I created an animation with adobe animate 2021 on my mac - I saved the file constantly yet today when I opened it the file was completely blank. On Bridge, it shows to have 53 MB of content but nonetheless it is blank when opened. I urgently need help.

is anything in your fla file's library? if yes, make sure all the main timeline layers are visible.  ie, make them all invisible and then make them visible by clicking the eye icon twice.
