adobe animate full screen error

Hello everyone, I have a problem when I try to change the screen mode, and it does not allow me to correctly switch to full screen, only the tool windows disappear, but the tab of my scene stays the same, and to restore the window I must close the application and reopen. Did it happen to someone else? Do you know any way to fix it?
