Adobe animate how do i resize multiple frames on multiple layers at once

so im working on a animation for collage and i realised i made the animation frames too short compared to the audio layer below.

i know how to resize all the frames on a single layer but it need to do this with multiple layers at once, anyone know how i can do this?

i have been able to select all the layers with the frames i want to resize i just cant seem to it with the others at the same time.
