Adobe Animate: How to convert Pixel to Vector without Illustrator?

     I'm currently doing a 2D animation of an object floating through space, which will be posted on to youtube. The original artwork was created in photoshop. There will be quite a bit of scaling in the animation, therefore I'm afraid the image quality will suffer do to it being made of pixels. I do not own Illustrator, and cannot afford it. How can I convert my photoshop artwork into a vector based format without using Illustrator? If this is not possible, is there a trick to get around the issue with losing image quality when scaling with pixels?

Hi.

The easiest approach is to select your bitmap and go to Modify > Bitmap > Trace Bitmap....

But sometimes the result is not what we expect. In this case you would have to manually trace over your bitmaps and recreate them using vector shapes.

And the only way I can tell you of using bitmaps and not losing quality when scaling things up is using pixelart artwork.
