Adobe Animate is crashing on startup, for one of my computers.

So I'm trying to run Adobe Animate off of one of my computers, well call this one (ComA), and once I get the program open, it shows the menu, black box with text over it (File and others), but then it crashes. I know it's crashing because Task Manager shows it as "not responding." When I run it off of the other computer (ComB), it works fine. Both have the same Microsoft Visual C++ installed, both of which are a new instal, and Animate is being ran off the exact same storage device (an SD card) for both computers, being the exact same file in that regard.

ComA is an HP Stream, but idk if that's the issue. I need to know if anyone has any more ideas, cause though my days worth of web surfing, nothing has worked.

if animate was installed using the cc desktop app, reset your an preferences -

https://helpx.adobe.com/animate/using/set-preferences.html

if that fails, was it installed using the cc app?

How do you instal via the cc app?

first, use your windows control panel to uninstall animate.

then, install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

if animate's not offered, your os is not compatible.
