Adobe animate keeps crashing

Adobe animate crashes for me every 20th minute and I'm going crazy, because I lose so much of my work when it crashes. Does anyone know how to fix the problem, then please tell me.

    1.  save your fla with increasing verson number every 10 minutes or so.

    2.  reset your animate preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/animate/using/set-preferences.html (and confirm they were reset by making sure some custom setting was reset).
