Adobe animate keeps crashing . Please help asap

I am new to adobe animate but i have a project due this week! please help.

I am just starting a project and it barely has anything happening and it will shut down and close out. No errors are found when this happens. I am using mostly just the pencil tool . I have updated my computer, reset the settings, i have uninstalled and reinstalled animate several times with shutting down the computer. I have done all recommended fixes i could find but i still have the issue. Any advice?
