Adobe Animate lip sync

Hi, I am new to Animate and when I try to use the auto lip sync feature, the visemes just keeps on selecting neutral. Can anyone help?

Hey mate I realized that I needed to update my Software.

Thanks for the help though I can watch that video to get better at lip syncing.
