Adobe Animate Playbar issue

I am creating a Playbar in Adobe Animate, the play and Pause is working but the audio is not getting sync with the content and even the Closed caption is not working.

Please let me know if anyone has the code for the playbar which support HTML5

    Yes, the timeline animation.

    I am able to control the play, pause, closed caption. replay,

    but not able to work with seek bar and audio mute and on.
