Adobe Animate Publish Issues(s)

I created a project in Adobe Animate. The animation and sounds work well on the timeline. But when I test it, you can't hear any sounds until several seconds into the animation. Like the video was muted and you unmute it. Then if I publish the project and I open the HTML file, some of the sounds won't even play. What am I doing wrong???

upload your fla to a file server and post a link here

Thanks kglad for your suggestions.

I found a work around. The sound delays until 4 seconds into the animation, so I moved my entire animation up 4 seconds. I filled in those seconds with a silent title intro. Now there's no sound/music delay when the animation starts.

opening the html from your local computer is going to trigger a cross-domain security issue with your browser.  ie, test by uploading to a server or by using animate.

for the sound delay, try starting the sound on then main timeline's 2nd frame

I tried moving the sound to frame 2, and it still is muted until a few seconds in (same place).

The test in animate is perfect. But how do you upload to a server? I have to upload this to my college professor in HTML.

Scratch "The test in animate is perfect". It's also delayed still. See video.
