Adobe Animate Question: Effecting Layer and Have It Effect All Scenes

Hi all,

I am working on an animation where I have 100 scenes. Now I want to add a drop shadow filter to an Armature layer. I ideally want that filter to span across all relevant scenes with that Armature layer instead of manually doing it, like would happen with a movie clip. Is there any hope for me here or do I have to go back and do this all manually?
