adobe animate random line keeps appearing at the bottom of the screen

everytime i go to draw on adobe aniamte a random black line just appears at the bottom of the screen i cant seem to find the reason for it either, for some odd reason this only happens on the drawing tablet and second monitor but doesnt happen on the main monitor
