Adobe Animate - Responsive Works When resize only

I've created project in adobe animate and exported as html + javascript. When I try to resize onload animation responsive works fine. When I try to reload resized window animation and canvas is messed...

Also on my 1920x1080 screen size works fine

on other smaller screen sizes works bad (you can see link above to check).
