Adobe Animate screen black after exporting

Question

heyo, i recently found out my dad has adobe animate so i decided to mess around on it. when i was done, i exported it. i clicked on the .mov file but it was just a black screen with the music i had selected. i tried the publish export and the normal export, and its still just black. my background was white and all my lines were black, no other colors. i used the motion tween a lot. im really bad with this software so i have no idea how to fix this. i have searched for answers but i keep finding stuff for after effects and stuff for adobe animate that dont fix my bug. help?

i forgot to mention that when i clicked on the .mov file it said "video encoded in a format not supported" or something
