adobe animate selecton not working

i keep clicking with my pen but anything is not working i made a shape tween i went on a frame that has no animation do i have to remove the shape tween

that's quite a lesson in (lack of) punctuation.

are you asking how to use the pen tool? how to use a shape tween? (and to remove a tween, right click over the tween span to see your options)
