Adobe Animate Stage will not Show anything

This is really confusing so basically i went to do a preview of my work and then when i got out of the preview and looked back at my  timeline everything turned into a active frame and nothing will show on the stage but when i go back to preview again it pops up just fine

the first problem is the file name.

start saving your fla files frequently by appending an increasing version number to the file name. periodically close and reopen the latest version. if it opens ok, you can delete previous versions.

with the current problematic fla, create a new directory and save there with a reasonable file name (with version 000) appended. eg, project1_v000.fla

close and restart animate

open the newly named fla in the new directory.
