Adobe Animate won't export correctly!!!

PLEASE HELP THIS IS FOR AN EXAM!!!

This is a little hard to explain but please stay with me! I have been working on an animation for an entrance exam to animation school but it won't export correctly! The first two attached screenshots are how it looks like while animating and the other two attached screenshots is how it looks when exporting! I don't know what to do, it also flashes white and red occasionally
