Adobe Animate won't install

First, I'm new to the animation word and it's softwear, so I'm not to sure how it all works. I've played around with Krita for a bit and decided to try Adobe Animate. Unfortunately, Any of the Adobe Animate versions won't Install. The Creative Cloud Desktop says that it works on my computer, it's compatible. So, I asked the chat bubble what to do, and I did all the steps it provided. I Still Can't Seem To Install Adobe Animate. Any Pro Tips?

what's your computer os including version?

 

were there any problems installing the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud

 

if not, what problem/error do you see when you use it to try to install animate?

    Thank you for the help, but turns out i just didnt have enought free space on my C Drive. I freed up some space and Adobe Animaion was able to be installed. ha
