Adobe Animate won't open

When i open Adobe Animate, it just keeps saying "Creating Workspace" and nothing happens.

    uninstall animate including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

    then reinstall.

    I uninstalled it aswell as removing prefrences and it still has the same screen, it still says "Building Workscpace"
