Adobe Animte 2019 crashes after startup page

Adobe Animate 2019 won't open on my computer. I can open anything from 2022-2022 but 2019 isn't doing the trick. I tried troubleshooting, i think resetting prefences and unstalling the local files. is there anything i can do?

I'm on Windows 11 12th Gen i5 Intel with 8GB Memory. Is it too old?

    Are you 32bit or 64bit? I suspect you could be 32bit and 2019 requires 64bit OS. I don't recall if 2019 requires 64bit or not tho.

    Good afternoon, Nick

     I want to use specificly this verison, and my pc fits all the requirements except for the resolution, but I dont think that's much of an issue because I had the same montior on a different pc and it still worked

    I can run every above but just not this

    reset your cc 2019 preferences:

    you can reinstall by using the cc app to uninstall (including preferences) .

     

    adobe download links prior to cc 2020 are available from prodesigntools.com. https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-direct-download-links.html

     

     

     

    follow the directions (esp, step 1)

    save the install file.  it may not remain online.

      hello, i tried to reinstall but it's still not working. and i can still run animate 2020 and above but just not this, which is what i want to run
