Adobe codec missing

Hello, i was exporting video media with H.264 iwth the preset Adobe stock 4k DCI with audio (40Mbps), the problem is that this preset disapeared. All the Adobe stock presets arent available!

im using adobe animate V 21.0.4 and i already tried to sign in and sign out, reinstall the app...

I dont know what to do anymore..thanks.
