Adobe Flash CS4 is doing some weird stuff

So whenever I try to draw something, hell, even import an image it turns it transparent with weird green lines around the thing im trying to draw. I dont know what the hell I did hELP.

Go to the View menu > Preview Mode and choose Anti-Alias instead of Outlines.
