Adobe helpcenter??

Does anyone know if there's an actual helpcenter where Adobe people work  or are we left with a community wth tons of other user? I want to express how much Animate sucks A55 ..It doesn't save my project properly and I have started over probably 5 times doing the same scenes over again. It's also lagging and I have a maxed out computer with  3090 GPU 24GB Vram and 128 GB ram, i9 processor.. So it's prety obvious that the problem is not hardware related. Done a lot of updates in hopes for improvement but NO... Nothing.. I almost feel like I'm entitled to get refunds for the past three months since I've lost time that I can't make up for... So if anyone knows where I can reach Adobe I would be grateful. Each time I try to reach out I end up in a forum...
