When you publish in Flash 6 and have an html file generated for you, the
OBJECT tag contains the following:

<OBJECT classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000"

codebase=" http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,0,0"

Will this link remain live as things are moved over to the Adobe domain?
or must they be changed... and if so, to what?

Things are moved over already. And it would be pretty stupid if they changed it so that you couldn't use the publish templates anymore. My best guess is they will change it eventually in an upgrade or something like that. But for the all those swf's out there these links must be kept alive.
