Adobe Publishing Issues 14.10.2020

Hi all,

I work making HTML banners and since last friday have encountered a major bug that is preventing me from publishing any.

When I go to select the destination folder to publish to, it does not publish anything. Nothing to the chosen folder (it used to work just fine, worked even earlier that day) and nothing anywhere else. I tried deleting my preferences folders and nothing has fixed it. 

I even tried to complete my animation on a friends computer using his version of Animate and still ran into the same issue. It will not let me pick where I am publishing to (or will let me pick, but won't register where I have picked).

Is this a software issue? Bugged update?
