why after i create button i other layer my classic tween does't work when run

before i create button, my animation run smoothly but when i create button suddenly animation does't work...

then something was added to tween layer.

undo your actions to create the button until your tween works again. then lock the tween layer.

now add your button (to another layer).

any problem?
