Advanced layers turned on and when i flip something it always goes off the stage

when i turned on advanced layers  on a animate file when i flip something it goes fully off stage instead instead of center stage or next  to the flipped thing. How do i fix this i need advanced layers so i can use the camera layer

Yes this is a visual bug with the camera, try removing the camera to flip your assets, and only add a camera until you're done editing as a workaround.
