After upgrading the version of animate, the save file of the previous version cannot be opened.

I am writing the content of this problem through a translator.

Even if the content is not natural, we ask for your understanding. 

The version of animate cc I originally use is version 22.0.2 and build is 168.

I've been working on animations with this and upgraded to the latest version this morning.

However, when I ran the saved working file in the afternoon, the program stopped responding.

I think this problem is due to the difference in program version.

 

So I have questions.

-Is there any way to download the version of animate cc that was originally used?

-Is there any other way to downgrade the version of animate cc to a lower version?

-Are there any technically helpful answers besides the question asked?

it's not because of a animate program version change.

 

that said, you can download a previous version, by contacting adobe support:

 

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam.
