Air conversion from Archery file

I can convert the swf file to Air but it does not work. When I had it on my site it worked until Flash died.

What an I missing? Thanks for your help in advance.

i don't know how you're converting those files, but you should be using the fla (that published those files) in animate to publish your air file.

Thanks, I am using the fla but it is in the source folder and I am adding
all the others as well. I get the screen but no interaction with the bow.
