All my GUIs are gone in newest update and new empty frame button is gone.

Hi, very very new to Animate.

The app needed to update, and now all of the GUIs are gone and I have to re-enable them in the Window section, but they no longer fit properly on the screen - any way to set to defaults?

Also the "new empty frame" is gone and I cannot find it. This means I cant draw at all nor watch any tutorials. Any help would be really appreciated! Thanks!
