An entire layer won't export, but the rest of the project will

So I've been practicing animation in Adobe Animate and I wanted to try something. Adding a CGI-animated video into the timeline and putting stickfigures into the scene. I have added lots of frames and lots of tweens, but after two hours of work, I think it looks good. I wanted to export it and post my work to YouTube for the first time, but I came across a problem. No matter which video format I try, the layer with the MP4 file won't export with the rest of the animation. How can I make the MP4 video layer export into a video with everything else? Thanks 🙂

I have the exported video here for demonstration.

Export your animation as a 32-bit PNG sequence or a MOV with an Alpha channel and combine the original video footage with your animation in a compositing application such as After Effects or a video editor such as Premiere.
