Android code signing certificate

Hi 

I am looking for help with Android code signing certificate. I have aquired cert for desktop windows app. From Sectigo and thats ok. But they dont do Android, need hepl!

The Amazon Appstore allows self-signed certificates for uploading (and I believe they re-sign it on their end for delivery to devices).  Not sure how you'd be able to sell an Android app on something like eBay, you'd generally want to be selling it on App Stores designed for app distribution (Google Play, Samsung Galaxy Store, Amazon Appstore) and not necessarily on storefronts like eBay which don't have a way to deliver/install apps onto devices.

For Android, depending on the store you're releasing on you can use a self-signed certificate, or you would use Play App Signing through the Google Play Console.  More details here:

If I want to sell my Android app on different platforms, for example:- Ebay, Amazon or any other sellers out there. What is the best code signing cetificate to use?
