I am running Windows 7 Pro ; i7 64bit processor, 32 GB of RAM

Crash happens within a second or two of trying to launch the app. No loading/splash screen or anything shows.

I followed all the steps here with no progress: Troubleshooting tips to fix Animate CC crash on launch or startup

Looks like it might be a bad video driver.

Did this start happening since the Win10 Creator update?

I don't use Windows 10, and my driver gives me no problems with other programs. I do not believe that response is related, at least not as such.

Then please do a Google search for NTDLL.dll and see what surfaces for you.   That's your faulting module.
