Animate 2019. Everything I draw moves slightly to the right

I'm on adobe animate CC 2019, using a Wacom Intuos art tablet. When I use the brush tool, every single stroke I draw moves slightly to the right and down. It is a really small movement it does, but it affects me when I try to draw something specifically. 

I draw a line normally, but when I lift the pen back, the stroke moves a tiny bit always.
