Animate 2019 Workspace dissappears on startup

Every time I open Animate 2019 it just gives me a canvas, no tools, no timeline, when I click a few of the premade workspaces they do nothing. I have to reset the workspace for it to appear.

I also tried to update to Animate 2020 but that crashes on startup, so I can't use that for now
