Animate 2020 renames sprite sheets "atlas _1 "

In order for my web pages to work properly, I need the spritesheet names to be consistent. I notice that the 2020 version of Adobe Animate always renames sprite sheets with an extra number one "suchnsuch_atlas_1.png" instead of "suchnsuch_atlas_.png". I made sure that there's no other file with the same name. This is preventing my web pages from loading properly. I don't have this issue when I export the exact same file in Animate 2019.
