Animate 2021 crashes when opening an .FLA file or New Project

I have no clue what i'm doing wrong, i just open Adobe Animate 2021 and open a file or new project, and it instantly closes (When it sends the crash report message once you click any button that closes the crash report Adobe also closes)

If anyone could help that would be very nice, thanks in advance
