animate 2023 lagging

my animate is lagging alot while i am animation and scrolling back and forth through timeline can someone help me out with it and my laptop has highest specs with 32 gb of ram and 3080 gpu and r9 cpu can someone please help me out with it

    Have you tried a uninstall and reinstalling Adobe animate?

    Its 3rd time I've reinstalled animate but still facing lag issue while preview and animating
