animate 2023 wont let me open certain ui elements for som reason?

i dot really know how to explain what the heck is happening to me so i recorded it.

does anyone know what the heck is wrong with these specific ui elements????

i just figured out what was causing the issue, it was because i had registered it to discord so the weird pop up thing it does with apps registered to would steal focus and close the ui elements i was trying to use.

Hi.

Does this always happen?

Because if not, it seems to me you may have some dialog window hidden somewhere - maybe in a second screen - waiting to be dismissed.

this only started happening a few days ago, around the time blender started having issues with the "save as" window having focus stolen by the actual program.

(im not actually sure if this is an adobe animate problem, or a windows 11 problem).
