animate 23 + 24 keeps crashing every 2 minutes

I've done all I can to try resolves the issue, reinstall animate, reseting preferences, deleting files that may have caused the probem but nothing works.
This happened like a year ago but only with 24 but now its both.
I'm not like a technician or anything either i cant check if like my hard drive or whatever has to do with it
does anyone know how i can fix it because uve got stuff to animate and I dont have too much time to do them
