[Animate 2k17] Error 16 (Uninstalled and reinstalled)

Question

I have a project due in 2 Weeks and everything was going as planned, until today. I opened up Animate 2017 and then opened my file. (Animation.fla) There was nothing there. I closed Animate then opened the file from my desktop and then Error 16 popped up. I uninstalled the product and reinstalled it several times. I looked if SLStore was in the Adobe files, and it was! I looked up Error 16 on Google and i followed the steps. That didn't work. Please help! Project is due soon!

Error 16 is stopping me from working completely

Also, look in the folder where your FLA was and look for a recovery version of the file. Copy both somewhere else in case your other attempts delete those files.

If it isn't too private, can you post your FLA somewhere for us to see? At least we can tell you if the file opens ok for us, while you fix the other issues.
