Animate Auto Lip-Sync Problem

I've been using Animate for sometime...and recently I noticed that when I upload an audio file and complete the auto lip-sync process, it has been way off...meaning the program places mouth frames even when there is complete silence in the audio. Does anyone have a solution, or have you seen this - Thanks for the assistance.

Hi...I figured it out...my FPS was set to 23.93 instead of the usual 30...when I did that the lip-sync smoothed out and had to change very little. Thanks again for the response. 🙂

is your sound set to stream, not event?

 

are you using graphic (not movieclip) symbols?
