Why dos Animate keep crashing on export? Why won't after defects accept swf files like it used to? What does Adobe do all day, try to ruin the software that it sells?

Aren't there any alternatives to Adobe products? Every tiime I turn around something more has changed foor the worst.

The software says that it can't read files that it created ten minutes earlier. It has wasted a week's work. Again.

Where do I contact these idiots directly? I don't want to deal with a forum. I haave a job to deliver and I pay one hundred a m onth for software that generally encourages me to restart my computer every day. Just ridiculous.

you'd probably get more help here, but your choice.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

    chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    twitter:
    tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Hello. I fixed it myself! The problem appears to have been memory allocation. I told an Adobe agent about the messages I'd received from the computer about disk cache and such but the agent just fiddled about achieving nothing. I haven't had a memory issue in years but when it comes to diagnosing a computer problem you'd think that this would be one of the first questions.

But I thank you for your support. Next time I will do as you suggested and work with the forum. I expected a quick answer but received a three hour delay.
