Animate CC 2018 will not open.

I installed Animate CC to and whenever I try to open it will crash during the loading card. I am not getting any errors, it just stops running. I've tried all the trick I could find by reading the forms.

I uninstalled and reinstalled it a half dozen times.

I ran it as an administrator

I restarted my computer

I changed the preferences

I turned off my firewall and anti-virus protection.

Nothing Helped.

I even tried installing older versions and I have the same problem with those.
