Animate cc installed in my windows 7 pc and it was working fine until few weeks back. Now it can't access the Adobe license server. I want to know whether Adobe has stopped support for windows 7

it stopped support for win 7 a long time ago.  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html

that said, you may still be able to use your older cc version on win 7.  what version are you using?

and an animate cc license is a subscription.  normally, you would just sign out and then sign back into your cc desktop app with the same adobe id that you used to subscribe:

    1. check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

    2. sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

I am using Animate cc 2019. Whenever I open animate cc it pops up showing "cannot find license server". It's not allowing me to sign out and sign in.

I tried to login from Adobe creative cloud desktop application. But again I am getting issue connecting Adobe server. Image attached.

I am very doubtful that if I install animate cc in lastest version of windows 10, I may not be able to play my flash files. since EOL of flash player in windows 10.
