Animate CC doensn't sync settings to Cloud

Animate CC 2018, Mac OS Sierra

It doesn't sync settings to cloud. All it does, is fetching older sync file from my previous syncs. I decided to try and delete the file on the cloud through Manage Account link, and now when I click Sync in Animate, it just doesn't do anything at all.

Syncing is enabled in Creative Cloud (I tried to disable and enable it)
