Animate CC Issue - Can't open Windows like Timeline or Brush Tool and a grey Exclamation mark on my courser

I have Adobe Animte CC since yesterday. Its the Animate CC 2015.2 Version. It worked for 2 hours of little scetchy animations. Like you can read in the Titel. After I closed it and reopend it it looked like in this Gif : Gyazo - 41cecd518b28c81581c7929fc460a044.gif . I have Windows 8, a grafictablett and I also messaged the Support about it, googled it but tit also couldn't really help me. What can I do about it.?

This may happen if your Text Scaling is not set to 100%. Can you please set it to 100% in Control Panel > Display section and see if that helps?

click the arrow next to your minimize button to see if you can change the workspace,
