Animate cc mobile mouse event problem (I searched but couldn't find a solution)

It doesn't work at mobile androite .

1. mouseovers aren't mobile friendly

2. dragging won't work until you disable rubberbanding*

for click, use mousedown. for drag, you need to prevent rubberbanding
