Animate CC - Parallax scrolling effect in Website

Hi,

I'm trying to create a parralax scrolling effect for a website in Adobe Animate CC like in the video below:

Unfortunately, this video describes the process in Adobe Edge Animate. Does anyone know how to make the same effect in Animate CC?
